Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Sales Revenue:

- Responsible for fulfilling revenue goals and assigned customers

- Planning and execution according to revenue targets

2. Managers Personnel Management

- Arrange work schedules for salespeople under management on a daily, weekly basis

- Track and check employees' working hours

- Check, monitor employee attitudes and work beliefs

3. Product Management

- Know in detail all the products on display in the Showroom: quantity, pictures of the location on display

- Inspect and store the products on display in the Showroom every month to avoid loss or damage to the displayed product

- Track, monitor, arrange, layout and display goods according to the instructions of the Head of Division

- Check and track the prices of products on display

4. Other work

- Keep track of the arrangement of sales tools reception area, reception area, showroom is neat and clean.

- Perform sales work in the Showroom such as on quotation, order, delivery...

- Create relationships and maintain relationships with partners, architects, design companies in order to serve sales

- Receive and participate in the processing of customer complaints.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University Graduation or higher majoring in: Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Construction or related majors

- Over 3 years of experience in equivalent position

- Preference is given to candidates with experience in the field of Furniture, Building Materials, Electrical and Mechanical

- Ability to work independently, high sense of responsibility

- Good communication skills, good job management and personnel skillsHonesty, progressive, confident, creative and resistant to work pressure
