1. What is the Love Rita Võ Program?

With the Love Rita Võ program, the partnership experience for architects, construction contractors, and interior designers with Rita Võ Group is elevated through a streamlined digital platform integrated directly into the Zalo Mini App (Rita Võ Membership Program).

This platform enables partners to track and manage their entire partnership journey—from member registration and project revenue tracking to unlocking exclusive benefits—using a single account registered with their personal Zalo phone number.

2. Revenue Accumulation and Tier Classification

Upon account activation, architects, interior designers, and construction contractors are automatically assigned a membership tier to begin accumulating revenue. Revenue considered for tier upgrades will be calculated based on orders placed from January 1, 2025, provided the following conditions are met:

• The order has been successfully delivered. 
• The customer has settled 100% of the order value.
• Qualified revenue is calculated as the order value before tax (excluding VAT).

Each membership tier requires a different threshold of accumulated revenue, with a shared validity period of 24 months:

Note: Approved revenue from the previous month will be updated on the app on the 12th of every month, allowing partner architects to conveniently check and track their tier status.

3. Tier Upgrade and Maintenance Regulations

3.1.Tier Upgrade

Within 24 months from the account activation date on the Mini App, your membership tier will reflect the cumulative revenue achieved at any given time.

3.2. Tier Maintenance

Upon expiration of the 24-month validity period, the membership will automatically renew for another 24 months at the current tier. During this renewal period, the tier will be maintained or adjusted based on the revenue generated, as outlined below:

During the card's validity period, if an architect's total accumulated revenue meets the corresponding maintenance requirement, the current tier will be renewed.

If the accumulated revenue fails to meet the maintenance requirement upon expiration, the membership tier will be downgraded by one level.

Example: Starting June 3, 2026, Architect A joins the program, initiating a 24-month cycle through June 2, 2028. Mr. A spends 1 billion VND and achieves Silver tier.

From June 3, 2028, Mr. A’s accumulated points reset. During the second cycle (June 3, 2028 – June 2, 2030):
If he spends between 1 billion and under 3 billion VND, he maintains his Silver tier.
If he spends over 3 billion VND, he qualifies for Gold tier.
If he spends under 1 billion VND, his membership drops by one tier to Standard.

5. Sales Recognition Mechanism

To ensure transparency, fairness, and maximum benefit protection for partner architects, Rita Võ applies a structured sales recognition process:

• 5.1. Simple 2-Step Process: Step 1: Architects submit client/project details to the Rita Võ sales team. Step 2: The system cross-references and automatically credits sales to the member account once delivery and payment are fully completed.
• 5.2. "One Order – One Card" Principle: Each order’s revenue can only be credited to a single member account.
• 5.3. Duplicate Information Resolution: Priority is given to the architect who submits valid information first. If submission timing cannot be verified, Rita Võ will determine attribution fairly based on design consultation drawings or direct confirmation from the project owner.
