The main category is the hotel “Lady Hill Resort — Sapa” built on an area of more than 17,500m2 with a scale of 1 cellar and 05 floors designed in a modern design and close to nature. It is one of the most large-scale resorts in Sapa with a total area of up to 20 hectares, consisting of 154 rooms and 20 bungalows. The project was constructed by the contractor Hoa Binh Construction Group with the investor being Binh Tien Consumer Goods Production Co., Ltd (Biti's).
