The Lady Hill Resort Sapa project is a complex of various tourism service construction works covering an area of 220,000 m2. The central focus of the project is the "Lady Hill Resort - Sapa" hotel, built on an area of over 17,500 m2 with a modern design that harmonizes with nature. It is one of the largest-scale resorts in Sapa, with a total area of up to 20 hectares, consisting of 154 rooms and 20 bungalows. The construction is carried out by the contractor, Hoa Binh Construction Group, with Biti's Company Limited as the investor.
Lady Hill Sapa Resort is situated on an isolated hill opposite the Fansipan cable car station, just 2-3km from Sapa's city center, making it very convenient for transportation. Due to its vast hilly terrain, Lady Hill Sapa Resort offers a complete view of the magnificent and picturesque scenery of Fansipan mountain. After much anticipation, Lady Hill Sapa Resort officially opened its doors to guests on October 29, 2023.
